What does Valentine's Day mean to a man?
For most men Valentine's Day is a day that means something to his woman and he knows that if he doesn't book the flowers or the restaurant he will miss out. If she is not expecting dinner, flowers or chocolates she will probably be disappointed if she doesn't receive a card.
For the young single man who does not have a partner it's a time of yearning, wishing he had a partner. If he secretly admires a woman Valentine's Day gives him the opportunity to express his love secretly; without an embarrassing exposure.
However, what's the point if she never discovers who sent the card? Although he may feel that if there is any chance of her returning his sentiments if she happens to guess who sent the card. He may be hoping that she is not only enjoying the guessing game but she may be hoping it is from him.
The downside of this is that she may never discover the send of the card . . .
